On New Ways to Deny Jesus...
"We ask ourselves: How could I deny Jesus health care or education? How could I deny Jesus a home that was safe and a neighborhood that was safe? If all of us could begin to think like that, this nation would be a whole lot better off."

"The doctor who performed abortions of the five women who posed with President Clinton at the veto ceremony, Dr. James McMahon, submitted to Congress a breakdown of some 2,000 partial-birth abortions he had performed. Only 9 percent were classified as involving 'maternal health indications', and among these, the most common was 'depression'. Other 'health' indicators included 'spousal drug exposure' and youth of the mother. Some 56 percent were classified as involving 'fetal flaws', but some of the flaws were minor, like cleft lip. Fully one third, or roughly 660 partial-birth abortions, were purely elective."

On How Quickly We Forget...
"There is one unmistakable lesson in American history: a community that allows a large number of young men to grow up in broken families, dominated by women, never acquiring any stable relationship to male authority, never acquiring any set of rational expectations about the future -- that community asks for and gets chaos... And it is richly deserved."
