You can unsubscribe from this list at any time by sending an
`UNSUBSCRIBE thf-news' command.  If you send the request from
a different hostname (i.e. not from the e-mail address you
used to subscribe to the list), you will need to say:
 
UNSUBSCRIBE thf-news AS 
 
All commands should be sent to -request@townhall.com.
 
For instance, if you want to cancel the Heritage Internet Update
AND you are sending from the e-mail account at which you get
another Town Hall list, do the following:
 
Address the message to thf-news-request@townhall.com.
Write in the body of the message   UNSUBSCRIBE thf-news
Send the message.
 
To subscribe, follow the steps outlined above, replacing
subscribe for unsubscribe.
